1. Eligibility

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up and maintain it.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

• Our Services are for hosting game servers for legitimate gameplay only.
• You agree not to use the Services to:
  • Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or any malicious software.
  • Abuse or harm the network or other users.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service for violations of these Terms without refund.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on your game servers.
• You grant us a limited license to use, copy, and store your content solely to provide the Services.
• You agree not to upload or share content that infringes on the rights of others.

5. Payment and Billing

• Service fees are billed as per your chosen plan.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
• We may change pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice.

6. Service Availability and Support

• We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
• Support is available as described in your plan and via the designated channels.

7. Termination and Suspension

• You may cancel your service at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your Service for breach of Terms, payment failure, or misuse.
• Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minestone Hosting, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
